Management Team
Adam Brushe
Director
Adam is an award-winning Construction Management professional with more than 18 years of industry experience across a broad range of civil, commercial, residential and retail projects, including local government experience in 3 states (QLD, NSW & SA). Adam currently holds builder’s licenses in both South Australia and Queensland.
He has been involved in the planning, design, and construction of projects with varying scale and complexity. He also has experience in development management, including structure planning & operational works engineering assessment and site geotechnical feasibilities. He has a passion for HSEQ and understands all aspects of site operations and what it takes to maintain a safe, productive worksite.
Adam takes a hands-on approach across all aspects of a project from inception through to handover and spends time at our offices and on sites working closely with the team.
Jade Brushe
Business Operations
Jade has over 15 years of experience working across a wide variety of disciplines within the construction industry for both private and government enterprises, including estimating and tendering, quality control, document control, project support, design management and recruitment.
She works closely with Adam and the greater team while collaborating with the accounts department, overseeing account-related responsibilities to ensure smooth business operations. Jade manages key aspects of the business, including marketing, human resources and social events and plays an active and instrumental role in the growth and advancement of the company. Jade has a passion and proven experience in design and finishes selections and works closely with clients enabling them to make informed decisions.
She prides herself on attention to detail, a high level of quality and exceeding the clients’ expectations. She is passionate about residential developments for which she has managed numerous throughout both Queensland and South Australia.
